PAR: Corporate gender equality ranking

PAR measures gender equality and diversity since 2015 through an online analysis available to all organizations in Latin America.

Through our virtual questionnaire, we reward those organizations that execute good practices and promote equality in the workplace. PAR is a virtual tool that allows continuous improvement, with a view for corporations to identify their advancements, their challenges regarding gender equality and the possibility of comparison with hundreds of other Latin American corporations.

Methodology

Our virtual questionnaire evaluates four fundamental areas with a total score of 1000 maximum points. Companies’ total results determine their position within PAR.

Goal Management

Evaluates internal and external policies with gender focus, awareness-raising actions, and use of indicators.

Organizational Culture

It evaluates work-personal life balance, inclusive communications, prevention and sanction of sexual harassment, and LGBTIQ+ community.

Organizational Structure

Evaluates the number of women and men in leadership positions, and other hierarchical divisions in the organization.

Talent Management

Evaluates recruitment procedures, promotions and compensation, good practices from the HR area, female leadership, and new masculinities.
